Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Crooklyn Clan Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Tracks and subscriptions are provided according to current catalog availability and applicable plan rules.

Prices, plan features, and availability may change at any time at our discretion.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval disclosed at enrollment until they are successfully canceled. The account holder is responsible for canceling any subscription that is no longer wanted and for confirming that the cancellation is shown both in The Crooklyn Clan Vault account and in the applicable payment processor account.

Stopping use of the service, failing to log in, creating another account, changing an email address or payment method, removing an application, or assuming that an account is inactive does not cancel a subscription. If the cancellation status shown by The Crooklyn Clan Vault and the payment processor differs, the account holder must contact support promptly and before the next renewal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Crooklyn Clan Vault is not responsible for recurring charges incurred before a subscription cancellation is successfully completed and confirmed. Except where required by law or expressly approved by us, subscription charges processed before confirmed cancellation are non-refundable.

Purchased files, subscription downloads, account access, and library entitlements are for the purchasing account only and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded, leaked, traded, transferred, or published to any other person, pool, website, marketplace, file host, or piracy source.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including branding, software, metadata, and audio assets, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing or downloading content grants only the usage rights expressly provided by the platform and does not transfer ownership.

Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account access with unauthorized users.
• Reselling, redistributing, reposting, leaking, trading, transferring, uploading, or otherwise providing purchased/downloaded files unless expressly authorized.
• Attempting to bypass technical controls, watermarking, or access restrictions.
• Using bots or automated scraping without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to The Crooklyn Clan Vault.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Crooklyn Clan Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
