Membership Scope

This Membership Agreement governs account membership and subscription-related access within The Crooklyn Clan Vault.

Membership Options

Users may access content through one or more models, including editor-specific subscriptions, platform-wide subscriptions, and ala carte purchases.

Availability, feature sets, and credit allotments vary by plan.

Subscription Availability

Subscription plans are limited by capacity and may not always be available.

The Crooklyn Clan Vault may open, close, pause, or limit plan enrollment at any time.

Billing and Plan Changes

Subscription billing cycles, renewal behavior, and pricing are displayed at enrollment.

Plan terms and pricing may change prospectively. Changes do not alter already completed transactions.

Download and Access Rules

Membership benefits, including credits and download privileges, are tied to your account and may not be shared or transferred.

Downloaded files, subscription downloads, and library entitlements may not be shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded, leaked, traded, transferred, or published to any other person, pool, website, marketplace, file host, or piracy source.

Downloaded files may include watermarking or audit identifiers for security and rights protection.

Acceptable Use

• Do not share, repost, resell, upload, leak, trade, transfer, or redistribute membership content outside authorized rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass download limits or access controls.
• Do not use membership access for unauthorized commercial redistribution.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate membership for abuse, fraud, non-payment, infringement, or breach of platform terms.
